About Reachway Church

Reachway Church is a faith community made up of people from all walks of life with one common desire: to love the Lord, our God, and to love our neighbors as ourselves. Reachway Church gatherings and other activities take place at North Valley Commons in Peoria, IL. You’ll find some more information about Reachway Church on this page, but if you have more questions, please ask right here!

We Gather Together - Come as you are!

Our weekly gatherings are designed to be welcoming, encouraging, and hopeful for anyone and everyone. Reachway is made up of different kinds of people with different pasts and different present circumstances - even different styles of clothing! What we have in common is that none of us are perfect, we believe that the love of Jesus Christ changes lives, and we love the city that we gather in - Peoria!

our weekly gatherings take place every Sunday at 10am at:
1203 NE Perry Ave // Peoria, IL 61603

Currently, Reachway Church Sunday morning gatherings include the whole family - adults, teens, and children - gathered around tables in the main sanctuary together. Our gatherings are intentionally planned with care to be meaningful and accessible for those with various spiritual backgrounds. Those gathered on Sunday mornings pray together, read from the Scriptures together, engage with music together, and discuss the Scriptures together.

We have a designated children’s play area perfect for kiddos (and their caregivers!) ages four and under, as well as activities for older kids and teens to interact with at their table.

Here are some other notes about Sunday gatherings at Reachway Church:

  • Clothing: Feel free to wear whatever is comfortable for you. Reachway Church welcomes and appreciates everyone’s styles!

  • Kids: Reachway Church makes it a point to openly welcome children of all ages into any of our gatherings. In our eyes, children are NEVER distractions, and ALWAYS welcomed, valued, and precious!

  • Money / Offering: Reachway Church does not collect a ‘pass the plate’ type of offering, but instead provides a small giving box at our in-person giving station located in the back of the sanctuary (as well as online giving).

We Scatter as People of Hope

We believe that following Jesus is a 24-hours a day, 7-days a week lifestyle (not just a Sunday morning thing!). When we aren't gathered together, we are scattered throughout the region as people of hope. Whether we are at work, the store, the park, serving as a team, or just hanging out at the house, we believe that God can use us to bring hope to the people and places that need it. We believe that hope can change the world, and God is using us to see that happen!
